Client Portal Login Help

Your portal is private and client-specific. Follow the steps below to sign in securely and reach your dashboard.

Standard login: email verification code

1. Open your client-specific portal link.
2. Enter the email address that received the invitation.
3. Check that inbox for the SharePoint verification code.
4. Return to the portal and enter the code.
5. Continue to your client dashboard.

This is the standard login method and works for Gmail, Google Workspace, Yahoo, Microsoft, and other supported invited email addresses. Never share the code with anyone.

Optional lower-friction Google Workspace setup

Organizations using Google Workspace may request a setup that lets approved users use their existing organizational Google sign-in without entering a separate SharePoint verification code. This is a one-time federation setup for the organization’s domain—not an automatic feature and not a simple one-time login.

For your security: TFT will never ask for your Google password. Never enter a Google password on the True Financial Talent website, and never send Google credentials to TFT. Your Workspace administrator must complete the Google-side configuration in Google’s official Admin Console, while True Financial Talent configures the matching Microsoft Entra settings. Both sides then test one invited user before any broader rollout.

1. Ask your Google Workspace administrator whether your organization wants to request federation.
2. TFT and your administrator coordinate the required domain and SAML setup.

4. Email verification-code login remains available as the fallback.

If your code does not arrive

1. Check spam, junk, and quarantine folders.
2. Confirm you are checking the invited email address.
3. Wait a few minutes and request a new code.
4. Try a current browser or private browser window.
5. Contact True Financial Talent through the official support channel.

Security reminders

• Do not forward portal invitations or verification codes.
• Do not send passwords or account credentials by email or text.
• Your access is limited to your authorized client portal.
• Anonymous links are not used for financial or confidential documents.
